Just finished building the pedal! Sound clip of the "Brown Sound in a Box" distortion pedal from general guitar gadgets with a backing track from the Guitar Center King of the Blues website. I'm running an SG standard to the pedal then to a Fender Champion 600. I place a Shure SM58 in front of the amp and ran it to the mic input of my computer. I wanted to try and blend the backing track with the guitar sounds as much as possible. My pc speakers are little so I was limited to what I can do. I still wish someone would show me how some people make a video with a mic on their amp and a backing track with everything blended nicely. Must be some kind of software or something.
