Siham Taha Almujamar graduated from the university of Khartoum faculty of Economics and social sciences Major political Science and holds a master degree in Professional Development from the American university in Cairo. She is experienced in management trainings, conference facilitation and conducting researches. She has worked as Acting General Manager for The Sudanese Dutch Management center in Khartoum, and is currently the president of Ghada Cultural Association which is implementing the Ghada Award for Young Writers. It was formed after the sudden death of her only daughter ''Ghada'', who dreamed of establishing a modern shelter for street children that is fully equipped with all educational facilities. In thespirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
