MdL: Studio Upgrade @ Guitar Center

It's been awhile since I've upgraded my home studio, so today I wanted to take you along to my local Guitar Center. Special thanks to the guys over there- we tested and decided on Mackie HR824mk2 monitors and a few guitars: a Warwick Corvette 4 String Bass, Taylor 110 Dreadnought Acoustic, and a Gibson Les Paul Studio Deluxe Electric. Here's a personal tour of my latest home setup, including insight on why I chose the gear pieces I did and how they work for me. Though I'm often working on the go with my mobile rig (see my "Inside Atlantic Records pt.2") it's really great to come back to homebase and let the creative energies flow.
